Judy Bundy Schaefer is a graduate of Bellevue School of Nursing / New York University. She attended City College of New York and Ohio University and taught psychiatric nursing at Ohio University School of Nursing. She has been a Charge Nurse, a Community Mental Health Nurse and taught work shops in communication, assertive training, stress management and problem solving in the office.

She is a marriage and family counselor, a trained mediator, specializing in divorce and business mediation. She has created workshops on "Dealing with Your Adolescent."
For the past 22 years Judy has been in private practice at Psychiatric Associates in Medford, Oregon where she presently works as a counselor.

Judy is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) , the largest certification board of professional trainers in the world. She has been training individuals and couples for 6 years. Judy works with over and underweight clients of all ages, (her oldest client is 93, the youngest is 7) osteoporosis and post rehab patients. She offers the unique combination of nurse, counselor and trainer. She knows how to listen, motivate, set goals and guide her clients to happy and healthy bodies.

She is a patient and skillful teacher who calmly guides her clients to success.
